The Jaguar Select Edition Certification process was designed to ensure that all Select Edition Pre-Owned Jaguars meet the high level of cosmetic appearance and mechanical operation expected by Jaguar customers.
Jaguar has developed this detailed set of certification inspection standards to assist dealer technicians in performing the inspection.
Each pre-owned Jaguar must be evaluated using the Select Edition 140-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection form, before it can be enrolled in the program. When complete, a signed certification checklist must be retained in the vehicles service file for at least two years, with copies of resulting repair orders attached.
